Evaluations

The Purpose of the Evaluation and Benchmark Committee is to:

Find out how the SDP Network is doing and compare it to what we want to accomplish;

Create or update specific objectives and measurements using some strategic thinking;

Measure the results of our actions to determine if we are improving the situation;

Identify if and how the working groups and committees are succeeding and show what has been accomplished;

Determine what actions are effective and what work is still to be done;

Make our future plans using data from the results of the current action plan;

Report to SDP stakeholders, including Resource Providers;
